Dear Runners,
I am planning on running my first marathon at Pittsburgh this May and have decided to dedicate the run (or, more likely walk, hobble, crawl) to St. Georges Tuition Angel program. The money raised in this program pays the tuition for children who cannot afford it. My son attends St. George and truly loves it. The school has had a very positive impact on our lives. I have found the faculty to be extremely caring, the administration very open and supportive, and the building atmosphere educational, happy, clean, and lively. I hope to see more families enjoy the same kind of experience. The Tuition Angel program currently helps over 50 students attend St. George.
I would like to ask you to `pledge' my efforts in the May 5 marathon by becoming a tuition angel with a small donation to this program. Your kind contribution is TAX DEDUCTIBLE and donors will receive a letter of thanks and acknowledgement to give to the folks at the IRS.
