A leisurely, non-competitive, walk/run of 3.1 miles along a lightly traveled country road illuminated by luminaria candles. Following the run/walk, plan to spend a great evening filled with music, dancing, door prizes, hot dogs, refreshments and dessert.
A unique, commemorative T-Shirt and multi-colored "glow-in-the-dark" necklace will be guaranteed to all participants who pre-register by June 8, 2002. Registration thereafter will be at a higher price with no guarantee of necklace, and T-shirt will be mailed to you after the event.
WHERE: St Francis Xavier Parish Center 8880 W Main St, at north end of McKean, Pa. on Route 99. 3 miles south of I-90. From McKean exit on I-79 take West Rd 1 mile east to stop sign at Rt 99. Turn left and go 1/4 mi to St Francis Church on your left. Course will be out and back, 3.1 miles on lightly traveled Reichert Road.
For safety reasons, absolutely no dogs, strollers, bicycles, skates or skateboards will be permitted on the course.

ENTRY FEE: $15.00 entry fee for all pre-registered runners as of 6/8/02 (includes unique T-shirt & necklace). Guests $2 extra. $20.00 entry fee after 6/8/02 and day of race. T-shirt mailed to you later. Necklace availability not guaranteed. $ Family rates for immediate family members before 6/8: $15 for 1, 30 for 2, 38 for 3, 46 for 4, 54 for 5, etc.

Although this is a non-competitive event, an official clock will be in operation at the finish for those interested in their times. Results will be posted after the event and published in the ERC newsletter.

AWARDS: In lieu of individual awards…music, fun, and a good time will be awarded to all participants. DJ services provided by Mark Bell.
POST RACE: Party with food, soft drinks, Dee-Jay and dancing from 9:30 PM - 12:30 AM immediately following the run/walk. BYOB. Rain or shine the party will go on! Indoors! BYOB.
